We ship all over the world(Certain remote countries and regions can only use specific shipping methods.).
1.Received your order request
After processed your payment and received your order request, we will get in touch with you to confirm this order. MAKE SURE WE CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU!
2.Processing time
We will get your shoes ready and take QC(Qualtiy Control) photos in 1-4 business days. After the package being shipped out, we will send tracking number, there will be a second tracking when use UPS/FEDEX/DHL,which you can actually track on 17track.net.
Orders may be delayed for reasons:
1.Delivery Address is a unavailable address.
2.No contact number Or contact number is incorrect
3. Product is out of stock.
Return and Exchange Policy
As a wholesaler and retailer, we would like to maintain long time business relationship with clients.
Hope you can understand that we only accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Wrong size
3. Damaged items
4. Dissatisfaction (see details)
About "Dissatisfaction", we allow change size or exchange other style within 3days, please don't forget to send us your name and order ID when you want to exchange different size or color. if the other item price is higher, you need to pay the extra fees.
Cancel Order Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after you order within 6 hours, before item shipped out.
Attention:
1. All exchange or return products, must keep their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. You must contact us customer service within 3days when you receive your item.
